Beeverso Formally Completes Rebrand to Beeverso

Austin, Texas — February, 2026

Beeverso today formally confirms the completion of its rebrand to Beeverso, finalizing a transition process that began approximately three months ago. The updated brand reflects the organization’s evolution into a broader Spanish-first literacy ecosystem serving K–12 students across the United States and Latin America.

Since the transition began, the company has progressively updated its brand identity across digital properties, communications, and support materials. The rebrand aligns the organization’s public identity with the expanded scope of its instructional tools, analytics systems, and literacy programs.

One-to-One Rebrand Confirmation
This rebrand represents only a one-to-one name change. Beeverso is the same legal entity that previously operated under the name Beeverso. There have been no changes in ownership, corporate structure, tax identification, leadership, operational control, contracts, or service agreements as part of this rebrand.

All existing rights, obligations, partnerships, and institutional agreements remain fully in effect. Students, educators, administrators, and partners continue to access the same platform, instructional framework, and services without interruption.

Continuity of Service
The rebrand does not affect product functionality, pedagogical approach, data systems, pricing structures, or contractual terms. The transition was designed to ensure operational continuity while better reflecting the organization’s long-term strategic direction.
“Beeverso represents the maturation of our institutional identity,” said Ruben Arias, CEO & Founder. “While the name has evolved, our legal entity, ownership, commitments, and educational standards remain unchanged. This rebrand formalizes the broader ecosystem we have been building over time.”
